“Kotetsu,” Bunny says, and Kotetsu just grins, because he sure sounds unamused and has his arms folded and all, but it’s not ‘old man’ yet.  “What are you doing.”

Not even a question.  Oh well.  What he’s doing is hanging, upside-down, on his wire; the hook is wrapped around a fire-escape railing, and rather than dangling from it like he usually does when he’s swinging or climbing, Kotetsu’s doing the equivalent of a one-armed handstand.  Except his hand’s not on the ground.  It’s actually holding the wire, and he has one leg hooked around it as well, which might be cheating a little, but he thinks it’s still pretty impressive, all in all. 

 “Showing off,” Kotetsu says patiently.  “I kinda thought it was obvious.”  He attempts to put his free hand on his hip, so he can look all jaunty and upside-down, but he wobbles threateningly and settles for just waving.  Bunny puts a hand to his forehead wearily.  “What?  You gotta admit this is cool.”

“Kotetsu, that word really doesn’t mean what you think.”  Bunny removes his glasses, frowns at them, and puts them back on.  “And why are you so high up?”

“Because that was how much I’d reeled it in when I got this idea.  Why?”

Bunny marches over and attempts to look Kotetsu in the eyes, but the level’s not quite right, so they’re actually looking each other in the nostrils more than anything.  Then he sighs, quickly and efficiently kisses Kotetsu’s upside-down mouth (a little off-center, but definitely on the lips) and then backs away as Kotetsu loses his grip and crashes down to dangle by his wrist like he always has before, his feet just inches from the ground.

*laughs* If there's anyone I can see trying to do this, it's Kotetsu.
