Notes: The challenge was something about a door closing behind you, which doesn't appear anywhere in the finished drabble. It's BT in the room with Harald in "Castle" - she seems so freaked out about the message, much the same way that Bear does when Harald says something about being a bad father, that I figured his words had to have some personal significance to her.

"I love you," he said, and she'd startled at the words. All his words.
Foolish. Too foolish to be forgiven. I really loved you. Forgive me.
He seemed calm, simply delivering his garbled message. If only she hadn't been hearing those words in someone else's voice, she might have been able to make sense of it. She needed to focus, but she kept hearing that tone, and she kept thinking of a voice.
Foolish. I'm sorry. Words someone else had never said to her. She wanted to unravel the secret, but the only meaning she could find was her own.
